Material to be delivered subject to stock availability;
We reserve our right to seek amendments in Qty., Description, Size, etc. depending upon the stock availability;
Any partial / short delivery to customer , to be immediately communicated (3 days from dt. Of receipt of material) by way of written communication to    concerned HOS and Sales Co-ordinator , failing which Alam Steel Group would not be liable for the same;
Failure to deliver due to whatever reasons, following receipt of LPO from customer would not enable the Customer to seek compensatory damages on
   any grounds whatsoever.
